Here's some tips for you all to weight lossing :
1. Divert your snack eating habit to a more nutricious snacks such as apples, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, and anything non-fats
2. Avoid fastfood or high-cholesterol food. Instead, eat more grains (high-calories)
3. Don't skip your meal. People often skip meal to lose weight. This will turn out to be a more aggressive eating habits
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Exercise more

The most important thing is number 6 = MOTIVATION. keep your spirit up and always dream about getting thin. It's important to keep your spirit up.

yes, one thing that comes after losing weight is building muscle. Men dream a lot of it about how can I get a decent muscle so that girls would attract to me.
