Pimples...A Pain In Your Face

More than half of the people in the world have pimples. Pimples affect not only your health, but also your social life. These tiny bubbles get you down in your appearence and it indicates you're not capable of facial cleaning.

Most people use scrub medicines hoping that these pimples go away. However, not only you use it, but also pay attention to any side effects, suitance to your face, and any indications. Unfortunately, most people kinda ignore it.

I won't tell you more about scrub medicines as I experienced the problems also. What I'm gonna tell you is about free-pimples Lifestyles, so you can get rid of pimples and avoid it.

What are the Lifestyles of free-pimples ??
1. Consume fruits and vegetables. I recommend the organic ones because of its richness of antioxidant
2. Less consumption on coffee
3. 8 glass of water everyday should do it
4. avoid synthetic sweets and fried food. It's for decreasing the amount of oil on your face
5. Exercise and don't often get depressed. Hormones also affects pimples to set into surface.

Many things can cause pimples, like hormones, oily face, unhealthy lifestyles, consuming many fast-food. It's up to us to get off this pimple problems
